Order by Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart uses both Canadian and American funds. We can process in American funds all shipments to the USA using a US Visa only (Mastercard coming soon). Americans can use their Mastercard with the US funds shopping cart, however we have to convert the total to Canadian funds for processing and then  Mastercard will convert back to US funds. We can process in Canadian funds all shipments within Canada using Visa or Mastercard.  Canadian customers are charged 7% GST and B.C. residents are charged 7% GST plus 7% PST.

Please copy our order form to your e-mail program, fill it out and e-mail to [email protected].
We will contact you by phone for your credit card info.

Order by Fax
Please print our order form, fill it out and fax it to 1-604-792-2275 Be sure to include your credit card info. We will confirm your order by e-mail.

Easy Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard, money orders and certified cheques. Fill in the Order Form provided and e-mail or fax it to us . If e-mailing we will contact you to confirm the order and receive your credit card info. If faxing please include your credit card information. We will confirm your order by e-mail.

Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are subject to the availability of merchandise. The shipping and handling charge for orders going to Canada or continental U.S.A. is $6.50 in both Canadian and US funds.
For overseas customers the shipping charge varies per order and is exact cost. We would suggest that overseas customers order from only one company to reduce shipping costs.
For our American customers we are able to ship directly to you from the American manufacturer all
Barco and Crest uniforms, thus providing  you with much faster delivery for the same fee of $6.50 for shipping and handling.

Exchange & Returns
All returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days and
preauthorized by e-mailing us first so we can give you instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without this. All merchandise must be in the original condition, unwashed and unworn. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This does not apply to defective merchandise. There is a 20% restocking fee when items are returned only. If items are exchanged the restocking fee is waived. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, on the exchange going out and the return coming to us.
